With over thirty-five years as President of Cash Financial Services helping businesses nationwide improve their cash flow with accounts receivable financing invoice factoring, equipment financing and commercial loans.

Helping businesses nationwide with equipment financing and commercial loans and improving their cash flow with accounts receivables financing.
Providing financial consulting to several types of clients, including green energy, hotels, oil & gas companies, private and public businesses.
Over twenty years of financial consulting to several telecommunication companies and help develop a fiber program to provide broadband high-speed internet services to Oklahoma and Texas. I am an accountant with telephone knowledge of Part 32-accounting.
My past financial activities included being a Licensed Series-Seven Stock Broker; Banker; Insurance Agent; Real Estate Agent; State-Licensed Lender and serving as Trustee for clients.
My past marketing activities included being the Marketing Director for several businesses including Bank, Insurance, Real Estate, Commercial Loans, plus marketing contracts with Best Western Franchise Sandpiper Inn Motel and Jim Leach’s Big Daddy’s BBQ Sauce including being the Press Agent for Big Daddy’s NASCAR Racing.

1979 Received a Bachelors Degree at age 20 from Southwestern State University, Weatherford Oklahoma; double major in three years in Accounting and Business Management / Marketing while working full-time.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
In 2009, the agriculture bill Weed Free Hay Certification Act to help our farmers in Oklahoma - HB1583.
In 2014, SB1510 regarding Life-Line Phones which saved the taxpayers in Oklahoma over $3.7 million dollars per year.
January 2003 to Present; Involved with the Oklahoma Renewable Energy Council helping promote solar, wind and other renewable energy. Helped bring wind power in Oklahoma from zero to a major wind energy producer.
March 2004 to Present; Involved with Biodiesel Projects, turning restaurant grease into biodiesel to use as fuel in diesel engines.
June 2016 Newspaper – I arranged the purchase of a one town small weekly newspaper for a client and I help provide management. June 1, 2015, the Comanche County Chronicle had only 200 paid subscribers and in eight months the Chronicle Newspaper had over 1000% increase to over 2,000 paid subscribers. As of June 2016, was printing over 2,500 newspapers per week covering four counties and 16 communities, making this small newspaper the fastest growing newspaper in the United States.
April 2002 to December 2002; Provided marketing and financial consulting to Spirit USA, 501-C3 Non-profit Affordable Housing Foundation.
April 2001 to March 2002; Provided marketing and financial consulting to the Business Development Division, Internet Incubators Program, School of E-Commerce, Northwestern Oklahoma State University, Alva, OK.
In 2001-02, I taught adult classes “Home-based businesses and How to make money on the Internet” at the Lawton Public Schools, Center for Adult & Community Education and gave motivational talks at several Workforce Oklahoma Centers.
In 2000-01, organized and conducted Business Pitch Meetings in five cities to help promote businesses.
In 1997, what started as a two-day audit to sell the business---expanded; I was selected to manage, initiate, and execute the reopening of Short Line Supply Company, a farm implement store located in Idabel, Oklahoma. Business was closed for ninety days, due to death of co-owner. I trained a new staff and met the previous year’s gross sales of $1.2 million dollars in eight months.
1979-1985; Instrumental in procuring Federal Funds from HUD to build over 1,000 homes for low income Native Americans.
While helping Indian Tribes, I financed and developed management programs to start and operate the Comanche Indian Tribe’s Bingo Parlor, Lawton, Oklahoma.
I grew up working on my Father’s 2,000 acres cattle and wheat farm where I owned and operated a small grain elevator for several years.
